Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

a. A booking is only complete once full payment for the selected ticket(s) is received by the Organiser.

b. Early bird pricing applies to bookings completed and paid by September 15. Tickets purchased after this date will be charged at the standard rate.

c. All prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT, as stated at the point of purchase.

2. Refunds and Transfers

a. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or transferred under any circumstances except where required by law.

3. Event Cancellation or Amendment

a. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or materially amend the Event for any reason.

b. If the Event is cancelled in its entirety by the Organiser, a full refund of the ticket price will be made. No other expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be refunded.

c. If the Event is postponed or materially changed, the Organiser will notify ticketholders and offer the choice of attending on the new date or receiving a refund.

4. Attendee Conduct

a. Attendees must comply with all reasonable instructions of the Organiser and any venue rules.

b. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or require any attendee to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, or for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

b. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Data Protection

a. The Organiser will process attendee personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
